My Sister My Friend (More Than Words October DT Reveal)

It is time to reveal the October main challenge from More Than Words and my layout inspired by it!

Here is the October challenge:

The October challenge is to use the word CHANGE as inspiration 

and incorporate an OMBRE effect someway somehow for the creative challenge.

The word 'change' brought to my mind children and how fast they grow up.  The gorgeous little girls on my page are my friends' daughters, 2 very close sisters who are constantly changing but at the same time staying consistent in their love for one another.  They are inseparable!

As far as the creative challenge is concerned, I picked turquoise blue and created an ombre effect using sprays of different shades of this beautiful colour on embossed die cut shapes and on the left paper edge.

I love that the girls' dresses are also ombre so I knew I wanted to use that picture for this challenge.

You see below that there is also a gradient of greyish blue on the tag.
